ENGLISH LANGUAGE CHALLENges My experience learning English at University started when I gave a test to evaluate my English level at the beginnign of the first year of Public Administration. At first, I was scared because my English classes in school were very basic and i thought that university would have a extremely high level, but for my surprise it wasn't like I expected. I don't think that my English is good, but at least isn't that bad. I think that the use of blogs has helped me a lot to improve my English level since i started to write them. Now i know more words than at the beginning of the semester because i have used them in my blogs. However, I still have to study more because I want to keep improving my English. I think that the aspect I have to study the most is reading because I want to study a postgraduate and most of the books I'll have to study are written in English. CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME For this blog I will talk about some changes that my study programme should have. When i entered University, I thought that it were going to prepare me on the areas I'd like to work or i had interest in, but for my surprise it didn't happened that way. As students we have to course some subjects wich we don't need to work on the areas we would like to. Not everyone want to dedicate to the academy and work on investigations, just like not everyone want to memorize old theories about Public Administration. I'd like to put more elective subjects in the curriculum, from the first year till the last one. About the faculty facilities and use of technology i think that a lot of thing need to be fixed. Our library isn't prepared to receive 700 students because is so small. We just have one printer and 3 microwaves so it's nearly impossible to have lunch in the schedule that corresponds
